He is on a mission to develop an ecosystem that helps people transform their pure potential into a multimillion-dollar business.

Vikas has authored two books: 21 Steps to Business Success and Spiritual Sutras of Success. In January 2016, he founded the first business incubator of Madhya Pradesh in collaboration with AKVN Indore (now known as MPIDC). Over the years, he has coached hundreds of entrepreneurs, guiding them toward success.

A Management Philosopher by approach and qualification, Vikas holds an MBA and an MA in Philosophy.

His journey is truly inspiring—starting as a courier boy at the age of 15, he rose to become a CEO by 26. He firmly believes that by aligning our professional and personal lives with our pre-installed psychological needs and pure potential, we can lead more fulfilling, peaceful, and prosperous lives. This transformation, he believes, will elevate not only individual consciousness but also the collective consciousness of the planet.
